Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

  • United States: Approximately 5–10 business days
  • International: Shipping times vary by destination and may take longer depending on customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

Multiple Shipments

Because Aurivya partners with multiple trusted brands and suppliers, items within the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Aurivya is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@shopaurivya.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
